Lendy provides Administrative support to ACCCRUS National Executive Council and Board. In her early years, she received a strong sense of devotion for nonprofits while working with the National Association for the Advancement of Color People (NAACP) in Hollywood, California where she participated in membership drive and assisting branch president with day-to-day operations. Later she answered the call to work with the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word in Human       Resources/Quality Management where she facilitated orientation for new hires and trained non medical staff as the Education Program Coordinator, which lead to one of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word beloved inner city school, St. Francis of Assisi in the development department, then later transferred to the church as the Business Manager.  Her passion of service led her to the African Conference of Catholic Clergy and Religious in the United States (ACCCRUS)

Today, in addition to her role she is a Independent Claims Adjuster, Texas Public Notary, and Loan Signing Agent, and a member of the Associate Missionary of St. Paul, Houston.
