Rev. Fr. Martins C. Emeh, served as National President from 2007 to 2013. He led the committees that formulated and passed the constitution (2005-2007). Under his leadership, he was pivotal in securing tax-exempt status for African Conference of Catholic Clergy and Religious in the United States, Inc. (ACCCRUS) and in having the organization listed in the Official Catholic Directory, in accordance with USCCB guidelines.
