LEGAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Purpose of the Legal Advisor Committee
ACCCRUS Legal Advisory Committee (the “ALAC”) is established to serve as a strategic advisory body to the Executive Board of ACCCRUS (the “Organization”). The primary mission of the ALAC is to provide non-binding strategic guidance, specialized insights, and expert perspective. ALAC acts exclusively in an advisory capacity.
No Fiduciary Duties: ALAC does not possess governance vote authority, executive power, or fiduciary management responsibilities over ACCCRUS.
No Legal Representation: The advice provided by Committee members does not constitute formal legal representation, nor does it establish an attorney-client relationship between individual members and ACCCRUS.
