Sr. Okereke is from Nigeria and a Sister of the Congregation of the Handmaids of the Holy Child Jesus. She made her first profession in September 15, 1985 and currently serving as Assistant Director, Secretariat of Cultural Diversity in the Church/Pastoral Care of Migrants, Refugees, and Travelers, at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. She also serves as the liaison between ACCCRUS and the USCCB.
